What we do

You list an item. Our team calls you to confirm the details, agree the price and the commission, then advertises the item (for example on Facebook and Instagram) and deals with buyers. We share every offer with you. We do not buy the item ourselves.

Commission

• We charge commission only when the item sells. No sale, no fee.
• We tell you the commission percentage on the first call, before the item goes live. It can differ from item to item.
• Commission is worked out on the final selling price. We deduct it and pay you the rest.
• We tell you the selling price and how we calculated your payout when the item is sold.

What you promise

• The item is yours to sell, or you are allowed to sell it for the owner.
• Your description and photos are honest and show the real condition, including damage.
• You will not list stolen, illegal, counterfeit or unsafe goods, or anything we cannot legally advertise.
• Once a buyer has accepted a price you agreed, you will not sell the item to someone else behind our back to avoid commission.

Our right to decline

We can refuse or take down any listing, for example if it breaks the rules above, if we cannot reach you, or if we think it will not sell at the price you want. We will tell you the reason. You can withdraw a listing that is still open, and you can ask us to change or end it before it sells.

Money and the handover

Our team arranges how the buyer pays and how the item is handed over, and we agree the steps with you first. We pay you your share after we have received the buyer's money. Please do not release the item before we confirm payment.

Limits

We work hard to sell your item at a fair price, but we cannot promise that it will sell, how fast, or at what price. We are not responsible for what happens after handover, or for losses caused by a buyer or seller breaking these terms. Where the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the commission we received for the item in question.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can ask us to close your account at any time, see deleting your data. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect items you already agreed with us. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
