How to ask

1. Send us a WhatsApp message on +92 335 0004668 saying “Delete my data”, with the email you use to sign in.
2. We confirm it is you, usually by replying on the same number you gave us for your listings.
3. We delete your data and reply to confirm. This is done within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name, email, phone number and city.
• Your listings, photos and the notes our team made about them.
• Offers and buyer details connected to your listings.

If one of your items has already sold, we keep only the record of the sale, the price and the commission, for our accounts and in case of a dispute. It is no longer linked to your name where we can avoid that.

Signed in with Facebook?

Deleting your data from NilaamGhar does not touch your Facebook account. You can also remove NilaamGhar from Facebook yourself: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → NilaamGhar → Remove. After that Facebook no longer shares anything with us. If you want to be sure everything we hold is gone, send us the message above as well.
